    ONE Motorsports is a race team/prep shop based out of Las Vegas, NV. The team was founded in late 2006 by Jeff and Jolene Shafer. The team is a culmination of a lifelong passion for motor racing.

   In 2006 Shafer started Radical Ventures, which focused on maintenance, trackside support, coaching, transport of Radical race cars, as well as homologating Radicals into a racing circuit. The team is responsible for developing, organizing, and running the first Radical Race series in the United States. The series has evolved and transitioned into a world class racing series now run by Radical North America.

    Over the years ONE Motorsports has earned numerous podiums, team championships, series titles as well as division and world titles. We are proud of our services, and continue to strive for excellence.

One Motorsports is a full-service race shop. We strive for the highest level of detail in race car setup, maintenance, trackside support, data acquisition, coaching and transport. We have over 20 years of combined experience with Radicals, Prototypes, Lamborghini Trofeo, Formula Atlantics, F2000's, West's, Stohr's, Elan DP-02's, as well as anything else that makes its way into the shop.
