Team Principle. Jeff is an accomplished driver in his own right. Jeff has built ONE Motorsports into what it is today. Jeff started off in Karting, and quickly moved on to professional racing. In 2006 Jeff and his wife Jolene launched the Radical Cup race series. With experience of running a competitive race series, evolved into a professional racing team.

Crew Chief, Lead Mechanic, Fabricator, and Shop Manager. Cameron has been with the company for over 10 years. His background is in Motocross, both mechanic and rider. Cameron's abilities to adapt, improve, and fabricate race cars is unmatched. Cameron’s dedication to the company, race cars, drivers, and fellow mechanics is unrivaled. Mason Rodriguez

Lead Mechanic

Mason is more than a lead mechanic. He too comes from the Motocross community. Mason’s mechanical abilities, attention to detail, and technological wits are unmatched. Mason is an incredible mechanic, an asset to the company, and continues to rise the bar.

Brian Shafer

Lead Mechanic

Brian has been with the company since the beginning. Brian comes to us from Karting, both mechanic and driver. He has seen a slew of race cars come in and out of the shop. His mechanical knowledge, abilities, and diversely has expanded over 20 years of experience. He is a brilliant mechanic and an asset to our company.

Jolene Shafer

Logistics Manager/Owner

The hidden boss. Jolene’s main responsibility is managing the team’s logistics as well as running the day to day business needs.
